We offer the following methods for data submission for your airline.

 

Should your airline start providing you with a new  electronic version of your data online or a paper source we can use, please contact our office and we will be glad to see if it will work.  We will be glad to do the data entry for you if we have something that we can use.  Little red log books and hand written notes are not accepted.

 

We recommend  entering data into your log in an abbreviated  manner.  By this we mean that you will enter the start date of the trip and the departure time and then the arrival at your layover and block in time at the layover.  Only one entry per day is needed.  We recommend this method if you fly domestic travel because of the numerous flight legs done at Air Tran.   We do have more detailed instructions available on our data entry page once you log in.

 

We understand that you now receive a "Crew Trac" printout, however,   you will still have to fill in the E Log for submission.   Deadheads are often missing.  This is the ONLY way we take it from Air Tran, sorry no exceptions.

 

Create a Flight Log using one of the following two methods:

 

Option  1.  Fill in our Electronic Log.  We have a great one available to you by logging in to your own secure account with us.  If you have not registered an account with us online, it is a simple process!  We do have more detailed instructions available on our data entry page once you log in.

Option  2.  For those of you who prefer to keep your data in a file on your computer we offer a log for Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Works.  Click on the button below and choose "save" when prompted.  We recommend saving the file somewhere on your computer where you can find it again easily like your desktop.  Please rename the file something unique to you; such as your last name and year You can submit it to us by logging into your account and using our streamlined submission and payment process to upload it. 

An active internet connection is not required for this method.
